How to Prevent Common Running Injuries Including Friction Burn Blister?

Where running is immensely beneficial for a health perspective; at the same time, it could be bother-able to some individuals. There are very high chances of getting any injury due to running that many of you might have not imagined. This might result in a full-blown out knee cap if you're not careful while running.

1. Blisters

Chafing is a problem that is caused when clothes rub against your skin, resulting in rashes to form around the area. Apart from this, some people get chafing when they run in the rain.
Try to have sportswear in your wardrobe. These are specifically designed for running- have flat seams rather than the round seams. Additionally, these provide better fitting and avoid bouncing while you're running.
4. Heel Fissures
Heel fissures are described to the cracks in the feet. These are also commonly seen in those who run a lot. Causes for heel fissures are dry feet and constant running. This in result breaks the skin and bleeding occurs.
How to prevent heel fissures?
The best way to combat this problem is to moisturize your feet. It is better to stay away from wearing sandals or open shoes to avoid drying out your feet.
